Privacy Information Policy for Personal Data Processing - Information Notice pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13, Legislative Decree n. 196 dated 30 June 2003.

In accordance with Legislative Decree n. 196 dated 30 June 2003 (Personal Data Protection Law), hereafter we are providing the possible users of UCIMUApp and its relevant services with due information about the processing of their personal data, acquired in connection with the following, different procedures of use of the above App. In case of non-agreement on whichever condition included in this privacy policy, we ask you not to use this Application and uninstall it from your device.

DATA CONTROLLER AND PROCESSOR

The Data Controller, in compliance with Article 28 of Legislative Decree 196/03 is: UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE SPA, with registered office at Viale Fulvio Testi 128 - 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (Milan);

The Data Processor, in compliance with Art. 29 of Legislative Decree 196/03 is: CONNEXIA SRL, with registered office at Via B. Panizza 7 - 20144 Milan.

TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

Application Download

The App Download procedure does not entail a collection of identification personal data. However, IT systems and software procedures specifically designed for this operation, (such as, for example, Apple Store, Google Play or Windows Phone Store) may acquire some data during their normal use, which allow to identify the users (this data category includes, for example but not limited to, IP address, the reference codes of the devices used by the user in the download procedures and other parameters concerning the user's operating system and IT environment, his geographical position, his mobile phone identity). Such information is used to allow the completion of the App download and obtain statistical data. The data subject is thus invited to examine the privacy information made available on the following websites:

After downloading the Application, the user can interact with the App and, in this context, the Application may acquire personal data. Personal data are information enabling the direct identification of the subject concerned, including, for example but not limited to, first name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, photos, videos.

In particular, the Application may access:

- Geographical position: the Application requires access to GPS position by a pop-up, which will be shown to the user when installing the App. Geolocalization will be activated only after consent given by the same user when downloading. The consent to such data processing can be revoked in any moment. The user may decide to consent or not and then manage his preferences.

- Information on WI-FI connection: the Application requires access to the display of information regarding the WI-FI networks that may be used (e.g. if a wireless device is enabled, names of wireless devices being used). Access is required by a pop-up, which will be shown to the user when installing the App. The user may decide to consent or not and then manage his preferences.

Cookies

The UCIMUApp does not use any cookies or any other user-tracking systems.

DATA PROCESSING PLACE - DATA STORAGE DURATION

Personal data that may be collected by this Application will be retained in Italy or in the European Union for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS

Personal data will be processed with automated means and manually, by methods and instruments aimed at ensuring the highest security and confidentiality by subjects expressly in charge of the processing, pursuant to articles 31 and following ones, Legislative Decree 196/03. Personal data will be retained for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected and subsequently processed.

The provided personal data will be processed for the following purpose:

Application Download and consultation of contents.

Use of the Application and of its services.

In particular, the user will be able to:

a) View the catalogue including all information concerning the UCIMU member companies and/or the enterprises that are authorised to use the UCIMU mark. It will be possible to rapidly search for the best products with regard to machine tools, robots and automation systems (selecting by specific product in the technological index), verify their product offering and reach their offices by utilizing the navigator in the smartphone connected when using the App;

b) Have an overview of all machine tools available in the catalogue to meet any specific production requirements;

c) Save, in the specific section "Favourites", all information included in the catalogue about UCIMU member companies or enterprises authorised to use the UCIMU mark that are of highest interest for the user, in order to have them always at close hand and view them freely;

d) Keep constantly informed about all events/initiatives organized and supported by UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE SPA and focused on the in-depth analysis of the main topics that may be interesting for the sector or about the Italian exhibitions dedicated to this field and also about the advantages and the procedures to become a member of UCIMU.

Data provision and consent to data processing are necessary to proceed with the Application download and in case of non-provision and non-consent you will not be able to download the App and use its services.

COMMUNICATION SCOPE AND DISCLOSURE

Personal data collected in the context of the download operation will not be disclosed, but they may be transmitted to companies that are contractually linked to UCIMU - SISTEMI PER PRODURRE SPA, within the European Union, in conformity and within the limits set out in Article 42 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries within the scope and the limits set out in Articles 43 and 44 Letter b) of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, in order to comply with agreements or related purposes. Data may be transmitted to third parties belonging to the following categories:

- technological partners involved in the provision/development/management/updating of the App - companies providing assistance and consultancy services for the App management; - authorities in charge of the fulfilment of obligations in compliance with law and/or provisions from public bodies, on request.. The subjects belonging to the above categories operate totally autonomously as separate Data Controllers or else they are acting as Data Processors. The list of appointed Data Processors is continually updated and available at the registered office of UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE SPA.

DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS

Data subjects, whose personal data have been collected for the above purposes, will able to exercise their rights, as stated in Articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree n. 196 dated 30 June 2003, by applying to the Data Controller, UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE SPA, by sending an e-mail to ucimu@ucimu.it. In any moment, they are entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of data, be informed of their content and origin, verify their accuracy or else require that such data are supplemented, updated or rectified, (Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law).In compliance with the same article, the data subjects concerned have the right to request erasure, anonymisation or blocking of any data that is processed in breach of the law, as well as to object to their data processing in all cases, on legitimate grounds.

AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY INFORMATION POLICY

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy information policy at his own discretion and in any moment. Data subjects must periodically verify possible amendments. In order to facilitate such verification, the information policy will include the indication of its update date.
