Graziano was founded in 1940 starting its activity with the production of parallel horizontal lathes. The production of CNC lathes, which today covers the entire production schedule, already began in the early 1970s. Today Graziano can count on a program of high quality horizontal lathes and technology with high performance obtained thanks to innovative construction solutions such as: the use of Brushless motor-spindles, servo tool turrets, CNC with innovative Touch panels and digital drives.
Thanks to the CELOS operator interface, all machines are prepared for the networking and digitization of production processes.
The Graziano production program includes: CNC horizontal lathes (CTX series) for turning operations of small to medium batches of pieces with turning diameters from 200 to 700 mm and up to 2000 mm in length. All versions can be equipped with a second spindle and Y axis.
A wide range of optional modules is also available for customizing the machine on production needs.
Graziano Tortona S.r.l. has been part of the DMG MORI group since year 2000.
The integration into the DMG MORI group guarantees GRAZIANO customers with a worldwide coverage for Service and Spare Parts delivery as well as access to the latest technologies in the field of chip removal thanks to the technical exchange between the various development centers of the group.
