Mr. Eliseo Di Maio a new factory to manufacture rolling mills, presses, microcasting plants, general devices for finishing, as well as galvanic devices, in 1955.
In April 2005 head administrative and commercial offices were moved to the factory.

Branches and shops are situated in: Gerenzano, Milano, Vicenza, Valenza and Arezzo.
