MCM established in 1978, since then has proven its dynamism and its vocation for Product and Process innovation, by providing a wide range of machining centers, flexible manufacturing systems and special “turnkey” solutions finding their application in several manufacturing branches and at the main protagonists of aerospace industry, automotive, energy and general mechanics.
The innovation capacity has always represented a basic factor and the partnership relationship with the Customers too allowing thus to define the global and best technical solution jointly.
MCM are capable of proposing a large range of 4 and 5 axis and “multitasking” machining centers; standard groups allow to optimize the customizations modularly.
The current proposal results from the markets requirements and from their interpretation which is made possible by the long experience and know-how.
A little at a time, “flexibility” has become the keyword at all levels: from the company structure to the design and the configuration and automation of the cells.
The flexibility and optimization of the production autonomy are actually made available thanks to the control and supervision software called jFMX, developed and continually implemented by MCM Software Department over the last 35 years.
The process flexibility enables our cells to react and adapt real-time to the current most complex production problems.
